********** account opened using my details!

On the 8th of August 2020, a truworths account was **********ly opened using my details. I would like to know how an account with a credit limit of R10 000 was opened without obtaining my bank statements and proof of address. How were you able to grant credit to a person without confirming employment? I want this account cancelled on my profile and I want an explanation as to how an account was opened without my authorization. This is unacceptable!!!!!!! You let people spend R6000 using my details for *****!!!!!!!
