********** account opened in my name
I have received 2 sms stating "Truworths account with free vouchers is open. remember to bring ur ID" and " Thank you for your recent transaction on your TRUWORTHS ACCOUNT". I dont and have never had a Truworths accounts - How is this possible if i have not opened this account. How does someone opened an account without my ID. I have not lost my ID

At Truworths, we view issues of ***** and irregular credit activity in a very serious light. Therefore when you alerted us of your suspicions that the account had been **********ly opened in your name, we requested that you provide the necessary documentation so that we could conduct a thorough investigation.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused as a result of this matter, however, are pleased to confirm that the investigation of this account has been concluded and successfully resolved. A clearance letter was sent to you via email on 27 November 2017 and a full ITC clearance will be done.
