I recently did a credit check and have discovered that I apparently have a Truworths account that was opened in Mitchell's Plain. I would like the store to give me a detailed information regarding this. Contact centre referred the matter to their ***** department.
I understand the internal procedure but I also need to understand how do they identify and verify information
