My bag was ****** in 2017 wih my ID inside and it happens that someone opened a Truworths account with my ****** ID. I submitted my affidavit wih the relevant documents requested from Truworths but they still haven't come back to me. This has been going on since 2017 and I've been receiving calls from them and MBD every month saying that I must pay the outstanding amount on that Truworths account of which I don't know about and I personally didn't open. This is affecting my credit score and can't open any accounts. This has been going on since 2017, I've been calling their head office to requests feedback regarding the documents I submitted to them but they keep telling me the same thing that the documents are in archive and they are busy with it. This shows to me that they are *********** and this is affecting my life in the meantime
