********** account
I have reported to the company and also submitted an affidavit but to my surprise I have been handed over to the lawyers. I have been calling the company trying to fix this and not getting any joy. When I ask to speak to someone senior I am told company policy does not allow. How do you not give your people authority and yet block us.

14 Jul 2015, 11:38Hello shubi,
Thank you for your post; we greatly appreciate the opportunity to respond.
At Truworths, we view issues of ***** and irregular credit activity in a very serious light. Therefore when you alerted us of your suspicions that the account had been **********ly opened in your name, we requested that you provide the necessary documentation so that we could conduct a thorough investigation.
We acknowledge receipt of your dispute on 08 May 2015. This matter was escalated to our ***** department, however as all the required documentation was not received, the investigation could therefore not be concluded and as such the account was unblocked, and arrears communication was generated.
We are pleased to confirm that the outstanding documentation was received on 10 July and as such this matter was successfully resolved and a clearance letter was sent to you via post.
We trust that we were able to adequately attend to your concerns, however should you have any further comments or suggestions, please feel free to contact us on *** or via email on ***.
Kind regards,
Lynn
