Good day, A crime of ***** has been committed against my name with your company, an ******* account has been opened using my particulars . A lady called me advising that I an owing R2000. I do not have an account with Truworths and have never.This is ruining my name. I do not understand why I should be the one to suffer. Last week I was refused a loan from my bank, because of this nonsense, please can I get assistance on this. I was requested to send an affidavit with the case number stating that my ID document was ****** wich i did but i have since not been contacted after that so please rectyfy thi matter asap because it is casing damage to my credit score.
