*****ed and can't get a home loan because if truworths

Appalling service from truworths, after ********* opened and bought from truworths using my finances name someone in gauteng where he has never been since will live in kzn.

After numerous attempts trying to clear his name from this, he sent an affidavit to MBD attorneys, no response now we can't get a homeloan because of this ********** account and truworths is not being helpful at all because when he call they they telll him they are still investigating since last year, it's been an entire year now. What kind of investigation takes the entire year? Can't they compare pictures on his ID and the copy the ********* used, the pay slips? Ask for his bank statement if needs be to determine if his ever been to that province. Clearly truworths does not care.

I hope truworths loses customers for such practices, we can't get a homeloan because a company we never even bought from.

This is just pathetic and heartbreaking at he same time.

I will take this to the media and Twitter if needs be, so that public can see what a terrible company truworths is, and warn whoever even thinks of buying from them!
