*****alent account and non stop calls

Someone opened a ********** account using my details and I have sent the affidavit to Truworths and transunion and they are still investigating. The problem is that I am now getting phone calls and smses everyday, sometimes 3 times a day from MBD regarding this account and the worse part is that I have forwarded the affidavit to MBD as well but they will not stop calling. and they are very rude. I am now really frustrated because I feel like they are harassing me about a account that is not even mines. Doesn't Truworths let the company they have outsourced know of the latest developments regarding an account that is still under investigation? and doesn't MBD make notes on their system once being informed about what is happening with that account, because I have sent them the affidavit. I am really frustrated by these phone calls and smses.
