***** on truworths account

I opened the account with truworths at Newtown jhb and they did not give me my card said it will be delivered to my address ever since now did not receive the card and did not receive any communication from them. I did 3 transaction with amount of 2000 something using my ID , 2 transaction at Newtown and 1 at Eloff. The next am receiving sms showing I have used all credit balance. Was surprised when I checked the statement and saw two transactions that I know nothing about. one happened at mall of tembisa and the other one at birch acres mall. I regret the day I opened the account with truworths. I want truworths to cancel my account and investigate the matter on how the transactions was done and by who and who's signature was used. truworths don't protect clients accounts this shows my information is not safe with them and it is an inside job their whole employees are doing this. Please make sure you close the account *******4943 and remove the credit.
