***** of online order and delivery
I ordered clothes for my husband. He and I are both essential services and his pants are worn through and neither of us get chance to go to the shops. I have received SMS'es everyday staging that the parcel will be delivered that day. I have to get family to wait for the parcel. Phoned 3 times, everytime they tell me they'll get back to me. Still no feedback. And I have already been charged.

25 Jun 2020, 13:20So, after having to spend R180 on airtime, phoning your call centre.... I still am nowhere with you. Kindly please note that I do answer the calls, but whoever is on the other side does not speak. I have true caller recordings of everything.
