***** in my account

I went to Mall of the south and wanted to buy sneakers and they didn't have my size and I asked if the can find size and order and delivery at their shop, I patiently for 2 weeks , and eventfully went to the shop and check only to find out someone collected my sneakers and it wasn't me and it was credited in my account, so ***** was done in my account and they said at the shop they will call to sort this out until today , still waiting I am so disappointed and I wanted those sneakers for an event i had to opt out for something else , I am really ****ed of honestly .
