***** alert #****!!!

I'm so so disgusted and disappointed with this store. Truworths Maponya mall in Soweto. Opened and activated an account with a credit limit of R3000 in my name to someone else. I have never been in the store let alone buy anything from there. The account was activated at store no 180 which I supposed is the main Truworths store then this person went to Truworths man Todo his purchases. As far as I know a identity document is required for an account transaction. I mean I've got my Id document with me so how was this transaction successfully done. I mean really is this how Truworths trains it's employees by not following the correct procedures. I can't believe that such a big store can let it's employees do ********** account registration in another person's identity number. The question I have in my mind did the cashier no 490563 know this person or was it just negligence. I'm very stressed out at the moment and I fail to understand reasoning of this. Im crying out for help and for this matter to be resolved and investigated as soon as possible.
