***** account opened

<p>In 2011 my green identity book was ****** and reported ******.But truworths managed to open to to something who was using my id,how and where,i dont know.But they did.i found when i started working in 2014 as i went to cell c to take a contract phone.after i went to southdale truworths to lay a complain,and i was told to write an affidavit and to sign 10 times on my id copy,which i did 5 time but my issue was not attended.So now i keep on recieving calls for truworths collection agency named MBD demanding that i must pay R1780 for the account which i dont know.And i even sent an affidavit to MBD where other consultant confirmed that the signature that was used on that account and my signature is not the same and she make a default and write off the account.But was not done i still recieve calls from MDB collection agency consultants demanding me to pay.AND they keep on sending me emails even when i submitted everything they requested.</p>
