Last year i found out that an account was opened at truworths using my personal details , later i submitted all the required documents till today i haven't received an sms saying the account was closed instead Im Still getting smses about my next account purchase that i time i submitted what was required of me.

was this account closed ? why m i still getting such smses. I need answers ASAP!!! Im very disappointing to think that background checks are not done???
