what a surprise i got when i opened my clear score report and find that my truworths account that i closed and paid in full in 2015 was active and someone used it over its credit limit. i don't even have my card anymore or know what my account number is. when i called there wasnt much help no answers nothing. now this is laying on my score and giving me a bad score. how do they allow this.???????????they didnt even have me new details everything was old even my surname was wrong!!!!! they wouldnt even tell me where my account was used!
