I have requested for my monthly statement beginning from January 2021 to date. And they refuse to send them to me. I have a feeling that ***** is going on with my account. I have a 6 months interest free account. I have been paying a monthly installment since from May 2021 of R1450, and i have not made any purchases after May 2021. Now i have been sent a sms stating that my September installment due is R1492. I have sent a quiet a few emails to the customer service asking for my statements. There response was that my statement is not ready. I find this very strange. Please help me to investigate this. I am getting very fustrated. My son has covid. He was helping me with payments. I initially asked truworths to help me with a payment arrangement, because i was worried i could not pay the account. But i managed to pay my account installment of R1450 on the 8th August 2021.
