today I was so disappointed I have been with truworths for ages and never experience this. I went to pay my monthly instalment today when I check my current balance it was more than what I know, went back to the cashier for clarity and she investigated only to find out that purchases were made from my account on the 15th of October 2020 and on that day I was working till 22:00pm at night. the culprit made purchase at balfour I don't even know where that place is and also at southgate truworths man on the same day, I have my id.driver licence and card with me what did this person use to make purchase. Now am told to do affidavit.i am working from home I hardly go out because its towards festive and we always busy. Can something be done to minimize *****.
