Someone from Port Shepston opened an account using my details, and what surprises me is that ive never lost an identity document in my life. How did Truworths approve the application. The idiot managed to even buy chlotes worth R4717 on the 21st of October 2018. Account number: ********** ********** . Ive sent an affidavit and certified copy of my ID as requested. Truworths need to sort out this mess.

A clearance letter was sent to you via email on 29 October 2018, and a full ITC clearance will be done.
