<p>I lost my ID Book in 2012 and the person who stole it keeps opening accounts using my name. He started with Edgars, then went on to make a loan at Capitec and also started a clothing account at Capitec. Edgars called and i sent them the documents, matter was resolved quickly and also with Capitec.</p> <p> </p> <p>Last year I recieved a call from Truworths, I told them my story and they asked me to send them my documents, a month or two later they call again and request that I send them my documents and i sent them, around January they called again and AGAIN I had to explain my story and AGAIN I had to send my documents. Monday(22/08/2016) I go pull my credit record and findout that they(Truworths) still haven't fixed this. WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO DO?</p>

Upon receipt of your post, we escalated this matter to the manager of our ***** Department. She informed us that the account in question was transferred to Munnik Basson da Gama Attorneys (MBD).
We have therefore liaised with a representative of the agency in this regard to investigate this matter and provide you with feedback.
We trust that this matter will be successfully resolved once the investigation is concluded.
