<p>An account was **********ly opened in my name with a **** copy of my ID, my ID is still in my possession. I got an account in the post, knowing that I didn’t open an account I called the ***** line, they unstructured me to go get an affidavit and get a copy of my I.D certified at the closest police station, go to a store and hand in the documentation.</p> <p>After the phone call I went to the police station and got my ID copy certified and an affidavit. The next morning I went to the Truworths store in Rosbank Mall where the manager copied the documents and called the ***** line, handed me a number to call to follow up. I followed up and nothing had been done, now I keep getting calls from the ***** department to send through the documentation, I followed your instructions now why should I send through the documentation again??? Because of your *********** staff in the stores an account was opened up **********ly in my name and now the ***** department don’t have the documents that the manager and Rosebank Mall scanned in and sent through to you, if you want the documents get it from the store manager. I did what you asked of me now you bothering me every day because no one knows how to do their job there.</p>
