Fragrance doesnt last
I bought jimmy choo Edt for man at truworths mall of the south few days later i realised fragrance dont last i took it back on 29 jan 2016 i spoke to the manager and she told me she cant help me as this fragrances are promoted by reps she will escalate the metter to jimmy choo rep and they will come back to me till now no one contacted me either truworths or jimmy choo what annoys me is that i paid the perfume but i cant use it please truworths do something about this because its bad for business

Whilst you were correctly informed that any defective fragrance returns need to be assessed by the cosmetics representative, the service you received is certainly not the level we expect from our staff.
We therefore immediately escalated your complaint to the Store Manager.
She has asked us to apologize on behalf the store for the delay in feedback.
As per our telephone discussion earlier today, we are pleased to confirm that she liaised with the relevant cosmetics representative and after assessing the fragrance, a decision was made to authorize a refund.
We once again apologize for your experience and trust that we have satisfactorily resolved your query.
