FRADULENT INTEREST ADDED
I have never come across a company that is so *********** as Truworths. I have settled my account with the plan of ending my relationship with Truworths, to my surprise that they will add interest on a settled account for admin purpose. I have requested a details statement of how the interest was generated and from what amount because account has been settled. I want my name clean and account closed.

An interest that was added did not reflect on the day I paid the account instead it reflected later after a payment was done. This has nothing to do with me if your system are not set to function properly. There might have been a delay in the job that add the interest. I settled the account and on the same day I received the statement stating the account is in arrears whereas I already made the payment. Late payment was considered in the amount paid to settle the account such that it had a positive amount. Get me the detailed statement of how much was the balance on the day I settled the account and how much was paid so that we can be certain that indeed I was ******.

Therefore this clearly shows there is IT Governance issues because your systems do not align.
What displayed on the customer account in store was R461.74 which customer settled with an amount of R462. A day after settling an account, customer receives statement reflecting R471.12. If this amount reflected on customers account on the day of account settlement, this could have been settled.
I am not incurring any cost for your own problems. Your operations systems needs to be worked on.
