Follow Up to my previously logged Complaints

If I log a complain about Charmaine, how is it possible that she (Charmaine) is the one who is resolving the complain about herself? Come on Truworths, you can do much better than this, wake up and appoint someone who can resolve my complaint. I decided not to recognise all the **** that she wrote when she responded to my complaint.
