Fochini a bunch of ******

I bought a Huawei y7p for R4000.00 in June not sure about the date at the mall of africa branch of Fochini .on the 26 of November the phone stopped charging i first called the head office and advised i had lost my slip and everything when i moved places they advised me to go to the shop i purchased they should be able to assist .i took a long drive from soweto to mall of africa hoping to get assistance after a long talk with the staff who were unhelp sending me from pillar to post they eventually took the phone and advised they have sent it for repairs, on the 15 december i called the shop to find out whats happening to my shock they advised me they know nothing about the phone or it has not returned. So after paying R4000.00 cash iin june in december the very same phone is now 1800 which shocks me that phones depreciate like that or is it a qaulity problem .As im writing this review its the 27th of December my R4000.00 is gone hard earned cash this is frustrating please review matter urgently
