fluff after one wash
<p>I bought a maternity pants on 6 June 2016 R499.00 ***** it once and washed it. the band of the pants is fluffed as if it was worn for months Truworths Cape Town dont want to return the pants because it doesnt have a swing ticket. Now im sitting with spoilt pants of R499.00, that i dont want to wear again Value for money at Truworths NOT AT ALL!</p> <p> </p> <p>FLUFF = R499.00 AT TRUWORTHS RIDICULOUS</p>

In line with our Returns Policy any merchandise presenting a manufacturing fault can be returned to our stores within six months from the date of purchase, provided that valid proof of purchase is presented and all criteria of this policy are met.
We have therefore liaised with the manager of the store mentioned in your post and were informed that whilst she is aware of your visit to the store, she however remembers a different experience to that advised in your post. She has however has apologized for the manner in which you felt you were assisted.
Following our telephonic conversation, we can verify that you have agreed to return the garment to your closest Truworths store for one of our managers to conduct an assessment for the quality concerns mentioned in your post. Should the manager not be able to verify the cause of defect it will be sent to our Quality Assurance department for further assessment.
We trust that we have adequately attended to this matter for you and trust that it will be resolved once the assessment has been concluded.
