Fix what you or your system did
Bought stuff online at truworths and when Collected it was apparently collected already. This was the 1st story and now the story changed. Apparently when not collected within 14 days the system automatically returns it. How does your system return stuff without notification to the customer? What makes matters worse is that the account is not correct now and the branch can't or doesn't know how to assist.

26 Jul 2023, 14:36Called and complaint was resolved by telling us there's nothing you can do about the order that was returned. Seems like your system, policy and staff are not on the same page. Looking at all your complaints I shouldn't be surprised.
