Fitting room and shopping at Truworths

My wife required a dress for a formal event. We found a dress whic she proceeded to fit. The dress is zip up at the back which she can not reach. She proceeded to call me to help zip up the dress in a fitting room where there are curtains for all rooms. The fitting room attendant who is also a male came in and said I may not be there as it is a womans fitting room. We proceeded to ask him who will assist her then with a dress as he is also a male. He proceeded to accuse me of going into a fitting room to look at other women. This is quite an assumption to make in 2025. Please grow up Truworths. This is jot the firts time this has happened in a truworths store.

Secondly shopping at truworths men is horrrible as my wife 100% of the time gets followed the entire time by security as if she is not allowed to shop in a mens clothing store.

Truworths needs to relook their policies regarding these practises as they are losing their customer base due to these rude behaviours
