Filthy Product Delivered

I completed an online order which I received today. To my shock and horror the shield purchased and sent to me was filthy and was obviously worn an returned O***. This is not the first time, previously I logged a complaint and was assured that this would not happen again. You have clearly *********** staff who are not disciplined for this unacceptable behavior.
