Feeling degraded by truworths because of online order

I made an online purchase on account and already paid 1500 into the truworths account. I was contacted by the *****ulent department to see if I am who I am and they told me I failed because I forgot the amount I bought for and that the other Gmail account is my mother's.

Imean, really? If I am such a ***** why I am I already starting to pay off my account that I made my order for. I like to purchase on account because I like to keep my credit rating. Now I'm being treated like some kind of ********.

I had made many online orders in the last week or two so it's not my fault I can't remember the price of every order.

This is so inconvenient for me and absolutely degrading.

I was informed I will receive the money back but I want it in my bank account not my truworths account please. I don't know at this point if I want to buy from truworths the way I feel now.
