Good day
I've sent a complaint to your invoice department and on your website waiting for feedback.
Is there another means of communication that we can use to get hold to get assistance.
Bought a bag in November and the bag is of poor quality... Want to know if I can return it..

Our Returns Policy allows for a return or an exchange on merchandise that presents with a potential quality issue provided that the return is made within 6 months from the purchase date and all returns criteria are met.
Our process is for the Store Manager to assess the garment and if he/she is unable to make a technical decision, the garment is sent to our Head Office for a further Quality Assurance assessment.
We can confirm that one of our consultants has been in contact with you, and further verify that this matter has been resolved in the interim.
