Faulty Jewelry
<p>i bought a tomato watch at Truworths ,wore it two times and second counting came off and when i took it back i was told it will be taken to repairs how do you repair a faulty watch and give again to the customer and their consultants wrote wrong dates on the warranty card seems like everyone there doing their own thing,when repair when you can clearly see its a factory fault im so digusted by this store and their service im never refering anyone to buy jewelry at trueworths was in a process of opening an account ill just cancel it after this experience.</p>

When a fine jewellery item presents a manufacturing fault relating to the mechanism of the watch and is returned to our stores within the warranty period, it needs to be sent to the supplier for further assessment and/or authorization for a refund/exchange.
