Faults advertising.

I went to truworths liberty mall today to purchase a cellphone with my mom We picked the samsung that was going for R6 999.00 showed on display. The cashier scans and comes back with a receipt with the price of R 7 500.00,when I asked why has the price gone up he said that's how it shows on their system not what we see on the display. I feel like he should of explained the price changes before making us sign for it.

I asked to speak to the manger, they told me the manger was out,I asked to speak to someone in charge they told they not in the store. I called customer service to query about this and they asked to ask someone in the store to call them,relayed the message. When they called customer services I didn't hear the conversation. The assistant than told me the person incharge of the pricing is off today and they can't assist me or give the phone with the amount that was displayed . Left the store empty handed with no apology or a proper explanation of the pricing

How does truworths not update their prices on time and have no mangers in store that can resolve the matter.

Was very disappointed with truworths services today.
