Fashion Request
I made a fashion request in January for 2 items and have not received the items nor feedback regarding the fashion request up until today. I went there last Friday to follow up and no one could give me any answers regarding this. I spoke to the manager and all she could say is the name looks fami****. They then contact head office who said that the one item had been charged a week later and I have still not received any response from them regarding the arrival of my fashion request. I would love to know whether I'm getting the items or not. In all the years that I have shopped at Truworths and done fashion requests I have never had these problems I am very disappointed in their service and how they are dealing with this matter. Having said this my fashion requests have always been done at Cresta and there they give great service and update you regularly unlike Clearwater.

We referred this matter to our Fashion Delivery Department. They informed us that both orders were placed on 17 January 2015. According to our records, the shirt-dress could not be located countrywide in the size that you requested and you were notified of this via an SMS sent to the same cell phone number given in this post. Although the dress was located, the store that had to debit your account and pack the parcel for the courier, failed to do so. As a result of this, you did not receive this order. We will certainly bring this to the attention of the Store Manager and Area Manager of the store in question.
Additionally, we have been in contact with the Manager of our store in Clearwater. She sincerely apologises for the fact that you were not satisfied with the manner in which the matter was handled during your visit.
We are attempting to locate both items for you and we hope to have positive feedback for you shortly.
