Fashion Non Delivery
Good day

Fashion Delivery request no:***2
I request an item to be delivered to the Clearwater branch on 07/11/2015 and was advised that it would take 5 working days ??? On 14/11/2015 I decided to call the Clearwater branch @9am to enquire if the item was there. Kedi answered and when I told her that I just wanted her to check if the item was there she just said NO and they would've called me if it was there(without taking any of my details. I asked if I could give her the details and she just said I needed to wait for them to call me. I then explained that it was already past the 5 working days period which she just rep**** that they would call me during the day ???

Really Truworths is that how you treat your clients ...why provide a service if your staff is not willing to assist .The sad part is that when I requested to speak with a Manger Kedi happily informed me that she was a Manager (how sad is that your managers don't even offer service when requested)

Oh dear Kedi did call me two hours later to advised the item was there without an apology which I duly then cancelled the transaction.

thanks for Nothing
Thank you for your post.
At Truworths we view matters of misconduct in a very serious light. We therefore immediately contacted the manager of the relevant store to investigate your concerns raised.
We were informed that the mentioned staff member is one of the cash desk consultants in store. The manager will address this matter with the staff member involved and will take the necessary corrective action to ensure that this remains an isolated incident.
We can confirm that your parcel was delivered to our store on 13 November 2015 and that the garment has been credited to your account on 14 November, as per your request. As a gesture of goodwill we have further waivered the delivery fee from your account.
