Fantastic Manager
Was at the Groove Mall to change my shoes because they did not fit anymore, at first the branch manager refused to take the shoes saying the shoes are used. After a long discussion Lindiwe Mogosti came and saved the day for me because she had a similar incident and could relate to my problem she informed me. Sis Lindiwe please know that I am really grateful and humbled by your amazing service.
