falsely accused of theft
Entered the shop (Truworths) when the security lady came to me and my friend. i was wearing schoolwaer and my friend casual wear. she told me that i am not allowed in the Truworths shop because i am wearing schoolwear. She told me that they no longer allow children with schoolwear, without a parent, in the shop because she said that schoolchilden ,with schoolwear, are steeling and then i had to leave the shop. She told us that if we really wanted to buy something they will allow us, BUT HOW MUST WE KNOW WHAT IS IN THE SHOP IF WE CAN'T EVEN LOOK AROUND??? BAD !!!<br> COMPLAINT<br> WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER CHILDREN WITH NO SCHOOLWEAR!!! IF WE HAD CIVIL WEAR ON THEY WOULD HAVE ALLOWED US IN THE SHOP. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE !!!! (Zeerust Truworhts)!!!<br>

Although the security guards who are based in our stores are contracted to us, they are required to abide by our policies and procedures. The incident described in your post is unacceptable and we wish to confirm that the information provided by the guard is incorrect. We have sought from the security company to address this with the guard in question and we have further instructed them to remove this guard from our stores.
We believe that the Area Manager has made attempts to contact you in this regard but has been unsuccessful in her attempts. She is committed to have this matter addressed to ensure that this remains an isolated incident.
We thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and wish to once again apologise for your experience.
