False, misleading and deceptive advertising from Truworths

I can’t believe that in this day there are reputable companies who do false advertising to purposely mislead and deceive consumers.

I want to expose Truworths at Centurion mall for not only misleading consumers through false advertising but also misleading in client experience.

For 2 weeks now I have been promised a call by their leadership to no avail. I mean this is one brand that I thought would follow through on their word to call me.

Long story shot, the prices they advertise are not always the prices you pay.

When in a good mood they allow you to pay the advertised price and when not, they expect you to pay more yet they display a lower price.

Fact that I have not received any call from them as promised more than 2 weeks ago shows how the company has become too big for their proverbial shoes.

This is unfair, unreasonable and unjust to say the least and I only have one word to say about them and that is *********. That’s it Mzantsi, we have a new ****mer in town courtesy of Truworths Centurion Mall.
