Am strongly disappointed why is truworths allowed to continue with false adverti*****ts. Their advert says open account and get R1000.00 in voucher. While is wrong, I opened an account and bought for 1300 and only to get R50.00 voucher off from purchase. Now I must buy for R300 every month with my account to get R100 back, for that R1000.00 advertised voucher I must spent more than R300 monthly to get R100 off. And this doesn't apply to sale items. I phoned them on Monday 26 to lodge complain, was given ref no. And someone would give feedback in 24 hours haven't received any. Please help I need my R1000.00 voucher in full per their advert, their T&Cs was subject to affordability nothing else and they gave R10 000.00 buying power
