False advertising Truworths.

Truworths Iam totally unhappy,I opened an account with them and was offered a balance protection insurance where the account balance is settled in case of death retrenchment and so forth,I lost my job and now I'm trying to claim and Iam told that I cannot claim because I was not permanently employed but I was not told this when I was offered that insurance and now I can't even be refunded..to top that Iam being sent from pillar to post with no success.
