False advertising

I tried applying for a Learnership at Truworths and on the application forms closing date is 5th of October 2020, but when I apply I an automated email back saying the applications is closed. I tried emailing back to ask how I got again an automated email saying the applications are closed. And when I ask at the stores they know nothing about it being closed coz they still giving people application forms.
