False advertising
<p>Had the worst experience at Truworths Woodlands boulevard!!! My wife found interest in one of the sneakers, the Truworths employee Ntombi Sopvina informed us that the price has dropped to R350 from R699. We informed her that we want it!! The cashier scanned the Size 7 and it showed R350, we requested for a size 4. The priced changed to R699.00. The manager named Jethro Mongoma said that he can't give us the sneakers for R350.00. We had attitude thrown from all the employees especially the floor manager named Daniel. We had conversations back and forth with the manager Jethro for about 2 hours still left with no sneakers we still want them for that price or we have to take further actions! Please train your staff with proper people's s****! We are expecting an answer from you Truworths </p>
