False Advertising

Today I went to purchase a pair of white Supergra ladies sneakers from truworths in the Phoenix Plaza. I had seen the item was on sale for R440. When I took the item to the teller, he scans and says to me the sneakers is R550 and not R440. I said to him what the customer sees the item for that's what you have to give it to the customer for. He just stands and looks at me, not even competent enough to call the manager, until I say can I see your manager. Anyways seeing the manager was no use at all. He says to me yes it it their fault for marking it wrong, but unfortunately he can't do anything about it. When I told him this is false advertising he just stands and looks at me, with no solution. So what is he a manager for? Please get competent workers to work at your stores. Very appalled at your false advertising and useless workers.
