False advertising

I went to truworths at the pavilion shopping centre and bought a shirt that had a sale price and a sticker that says R50 off. But when I paid for it I didn't get the R50 off, I then asked for the manager and was referred to a lady by the name of Roselyn that told me that the price only applies to normal price items but I told her it had that R50 off sticker and nothing extra was specified on the tag. I am a customer and I deserve to get whatever is advertised at that price advertised and terms it is advertised for. The service was horrible, pathetic, unprofessional and price was misleading. I am never going back to truworths ever.
