False advertising

yesterday i bought a bag online which was available on sale and today i'm receiving an sms saying that that bag is no longer available,,,,and they will only refund my money in 7 to 10 days....the only reason i bought that bag is because of the black Friday special if you refund my money in ****en 7 days the special will be over.....i want my money today so that i can buy else where or i want my bag to be delivered in time which should be tomorrow....stop false advertising STOP IT.
