False advertising

I did an inling purchase for an item that was marked 50% off. Within a few hours I received an email saying sorry but the item it's out of stock and my account refunded. But then I see the item advertised at full price and my size available. There was obviously an error on Truworths side in marking the product as 50% off so they refunded me saying it's out of stock. I immediately took screenshot of it abd emailed them but have not heard back from them or they're just ignoring me. Thus is false advertising and I should get the item at the price I originally purchased it at
