False advertising
I went to Truworths Elements Mall of the North looking for the Jimmy Choo 100ml eau de toilette that i saw on the fater's day catalogue and was told they don't stock it and i should try other retailers like Edgars. I was in a rush and didn't have time to enquire why Truworths would advertise something that they don't have and would refer me to a competitor. So i decide to call the customer service to find out were i can find the product and if it can get delivered to my nearest store. I am told it can be done. I think great. Then i am asked for the product code? How would i know what the code is if i have never seen the product? I am told i can order it online. Great! I logon and search the whole site and i cannot locate the product. The only Jimmy Choo available is women fragrances. Very disappointed. Why advertise something that is so difficult to obtain? I even tried the fashion finder option on the site and i must have a type and style number. I really wanted to get the product for my partner for fathers day. Thanks for the disappointment.
