False advertising

<p>On 21 March 2017 , truworths Mall of the South, i purchased two items from a sales rack, which was advertised "by two items and get 50% off". i have pictures to prove. upon paying i am told to that the special is for two different items. I highlighted that this was not on the advertisment. the cashier and manager tried to convince me to buy something else. I made it clear that i did not want to change my purchase.</p> <p>I ended up paying the full price, with no discount. </p> <p>Truworths information as per my slip as follows: Store-389, Employee- ********** , transaction no.- ********** .</p> <p>the next day, the advertisment and items where still on the same rack.</p> <p>As i understand the consumer act, items advertised must be sold at advertised price.</p> <p>i expect feedback ASAP.</p> <p>Regards</p> <p>H.
