FALSE ADVERTISING

Placed +-14 orders online and by the next day, pretty much every order was cancelled by Truworths claiming no stock. Why were these items advertised at such low prices if there was no stock ? Two of the watches that I had ordered, it took five days for them to source the item, then it was cancelled. I was really looking to receiving the watches, no amount of words can pacify the anger and frustration I feel for Truworths lack of customer service.
