Failure to send information to Credit Bureaus for over 3 months

Good day

I have tried many times to contact Truworths to update my details on the credit bureau, the consultants tell me that the fault is with the credit bureau. I contacted the credit bureau and the tell me the problem is that truworths have not submitted the information for them to update. I recently wanted to obtain credit and Truworths is blocking me even though i have paid fees
