Failure to delivery

I purchased a dress online on the 1st of December 2024, and was assured delivery within 5-7 working days. However, I am still waiting for my order, and no updates have been provided. I only received a statement reflecting the amount due, with a payment deadline of January the 3rd. When is Truworths delivering the dress and why am I not getting any updates?
